Registration deadline is May 28^th, 2010 and there is NO possibility to register after the deadline as we are not able to organise entry permits and logistics for you afterwards. In case you experience any problem, please contact Lina SALTENYTE.

1.You will be asked to create an account, through which you can start the registration process.

2. Select the event via clicking on Ispra / June 2010 / First G-MOSAIC Users Workshop, then please accept the registration privacy statement.

3. You will be asked on the next screen to provide the following information:
- nationality
- document type (ID/passport) and number
- date and place of issue
- date and place of birth

This information is REQUIRED in order to prepare your entrance pass. There are very strict security procedures and without this information it will not be possible to enter the JRC.

4. The following page is where you can input your flight details so that we can plan for your transportation on arrival and departure. Here you can also indicate the hotel you chose and your attendance to the social dinner. Please make sure that you notify us if you plan to come with a companion, we have to know this for the transports, hotels and the dinner, but take note that they will not be able to enter the JRC. 

European Commission staff can enter the JRC with their service badges, but please register online anyway (the system will ask you whether you work for the Commission and recognise you) so that your transport and accommodation can be planned with the rest of the group.

Facilities provided by JRC

• Transport service from/to Milano airport (Malpensa, Linate) and JRC

Note there will be NO transport service from/to Bergamo (Orio al Serio)

• Transport from/to train stations Milano Centrale, Sesto Calende
• Transport service from (morning) / to (evening) local hotels (only those specified) and JRC
